Following the spate of takeovers of small firms in the late 1980s he formed the existing business of JOHNSONS in Doncaster in 1989 and the Rotherham office followed some ten years later.

The business now specialises in sales and surveys of residential property.

Because two of the Doncaster partners are Chartered Surveyors, we must ensure that only the highest professional standards prevail in providing independent professional advice to sellers and buyers in the local housing markets.

Moreover, JOHNSONS is an independently owned business which we believe is particularly important, for today many estate agencies are owned by either insurance companies or banks who have a vested interest in selling insurance and mortgages and paying dividends to their shareholders.
