DONCASTER ESTATE AGENT GETS “ONE CLICK” LINK FOR TRANSATLANTIC HOME SALES

740 Home Sale Network members now have “one click” access to more than 80,000 agents in the USA – and visa versa

Home sellers in Doncaster could now find an American buyer for their house – and can also look at holiday homes for sale in Florida, California, or Hawaii.

Estate agents, Johnsons, are among the first in the UK to have instant access to a new online link with the USA’s vast market of home buyers and sellers.

Johnsons is one of 740 members of Home Sale Network - the UK’s largest group of independent estate agents – to get a “one click” online access to 80,000 agents throughout the USA to send and receive transatlantic referrals for both buyers and sellers.

Home Sale Network’s U.S. affiliates handled one in every four home sales in the United States last year.

Those US agents also now have the same “one click” capability to send referrals to Home Sale Network members in the UK.

The new transatlantic connectivity was launched at the Cendant Mobility Broker Network’s annual event for its exclusive referral network of premier real estate brokerage owners and operators held recently in Phoenix, Arizona.

Richard Tucker, Managing Director of Home Sale Network, who presented the new Anglo-US formula in Phoenix, said: “We encountered a hugely positive response from US agents who will now be using this ‘one click’ service to help their clients find UK homes and investment properties”.

Many of the properties listed with Home Sale Network members in the UK will benefit from the new link to US agents, whose clients are looking for European holiday and investment properties.
